The staff at this establishment were more interested in being loud, obnoxious and using vulgar language than paying attention to their customers. We were seated up multiple stairs while I had a knee immobilizer on but the host paid no attention.
I’ve gone to four of these restaurants in Colorado and all of them have been a joke. Bad service, long waiting time (not to be seated, but already at your table,) waiters are more interested in tacking on gratitude than making sure their customers are well taken care of. I’d rather pay $4.75 for a taco else where than at any of these restaurants. Will definitely never recommend friends or family to eat here.
The alcohol on their mixed drinks are not strong, and not really worth the price. Their chimichangas are not the best, and it had way too much beans in it. It looked more like a beef and bean burrito than a chimichanga. Our server, Miriam was really friendly and attentive, she also made us feel welcome. I give her 5 stars
Our drink cup was empty and sat at the end of the table for 5 minutes before it was refilled. The tacos came out limp and soggy covered in swear and beans. The waitress finally noticed the plate sitting on the end of the table and took it back to the kitchen after we stated we didn't want it. After hearing the kitchen staff yelling about the returned order she then came out and asked if we wanted new tortillas and we had to ask them to take the order off the bill. They didn't offer to refill the chips and salsa on the table so my boyfriend could munch on something while I ate in front of him. We will stick with the location on Florida and Kipling where the service beats this location hands down and the food is 10 times better.
As mexican food goes I probably wouldn't go here again. The food was a bit on the high side and it was all watery for some reason. It's a really popular spot for the locals though.
Nice place clean, staff is attentive and quick. Here Liquor is served even wine!. Well rounded menu. Portions are large and every plate looks great. Handicapped doors and lay out. They have a few stairs to get to a raised dinning area.. They bar area is nice and they are accommodating with out going overboard.
