Almost called the cops, I went thru the drive thru he said it would be a five minute wait, to go park, so I did, I went in and waited for 45 min, as I was sitting at the table a spider came down on its web into the table, I asked for a refund I couldn't wait any longer and he told me he couldn't do that and that I could come back in a hour to talk to the manager to get my money back I watched him prorate the good with his bare hands, and I told him I was calling the cops if he didn't refund my money, this place is a joke and don't recommend it to anyone
Just moved here and this is by far such a cute date night place! Great prices, delicious food, and only waited an extra couple minutes for FRESH popcorn chicken! Cant go wrong with fresh food. The staff was friendly and was patient with our indecisiveness. Other reviews must be people in a rush. Take the extra few minutes and enjoy fresh food and a delicious rootbeer float!
The food was fresh and tasted great. The customer service was awesome very friendly. And the place was very clean. We are on a family road trip so this was a great place to stop.
No root beer?!?!? That's like saying McDonalds saying that they are out of Big Mac's
If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. We tried to go inside to get rootbeer floats but they said the lobby was closed because they were short staffed. We then sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to not get rootbeer floats, but instead melted ice cream in watered down rootbeer. Don't waste your time or money on this place. Whoever owns the franchise doesn't know how to run a business and should not be rewarded with your money.
