Nancy has been wonderful in helping us to find a home. She has been so flexible with us and understanding despite our low budget and the difficult housing market. I worked with two agents in the past and I decided to stop our buying process with them. Nancy has an excellent customer service, she always answers our questions, responds our emails and phone calls and is there for us. She cares for her customers and it is so nice and pleasant working with her. I will ample recommend her services to potential buyers.
After getting numerous emails of houses in the market from Highharden. I decided to settle on purchasing my first home. I got more help from the lender then my agent Myron. Maybe spoke to him 4 times. I had poor correspondence with him and had my closing date changed last minute only to be told my agent was not going to be there but his partner Nancy would be. I wish she was my agent to begin with. Probably would've made the experience exceed my expectations. I feel sorry for the seller having to pay commission for mediocre service at best. Choose Nancy of you decide to use this company!
