She was responsive and worked around our schedule. We had very little time to find a home, and she basically took all of the stress out of the process.

I've been renting my property with this company for 5 years now. The house I rent is in Denver and I live in Canada now, so I feel lucky I was able to find a company that takes care of everything for me at a reasonable rate. Sean will always reply if it's an urgent situation. If not, Tasha is great for taking care of general repairs. We just had our first tenant change and Linda took care of that. They're all great and keep me informed of what's going on when I want or need to know. Otherwise, they just take care of everything without any need to bother me.
