I think the quality of service was best represented when we had a dispute with the building at signing. Mic said he would talk to them about a price issue we uncovered, but recommended that we also contact the building. The representative at the building, unknowingly to Mic, forwarded us Mic's email about the situation and then her response to him. Even though he didn't know we'd be seeing his email, it was spot on and represented how we were feeling perfectly. Pretty impressive.
