I don't usually have a lot of time, so when I called and asked for some items to be shipped they couldn't have been more friendly and informative on my requested purchase. The items came quickly and were of great quality. I will be using Mouthfuls again in the future. GREAT STORE !
We have shopped here for over ten years. The staff are amazing and friendly! Incredible customer service. It is the only pet store we patronize because the owners are genuinely passionate about animals and educating people about what's best for the health of their pets. They and their staff are infinitely knowledgeable about pet foods and health. They are all very friendly and helpful with any questions or issues you may be having with your pet. While the pet food industry regulates itself, I trust them above anyone else (they are considerably more knowledgeable about pet food than any vet I've ever been to) to educate me about the healthiest options for my four dogs and cat. I love this store and the folks who work here!
Just stopped by Mouthfuls, they are SO helpful. I probably spent close to 30 minutes asking one of the associates (Adam) about a raw food diet for my dog. He explained the different options so thoroughly and was very patient and eager to help!! He also gave me some additional educational resources. This store is great - thank you!!!
A bit pricey for toys but had great staff who were friendly and helpful. You will find LOTS of fun stuff for your pup
I was really impressed with the service in the store! When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the employee at the cashier desk. I wanted to get a large bag of Merrick Backcountry puppy food, but they didn't have the large bag in the store. They gave me a small bag to take home for free and ordered the large bag that I wanted to be ready for me the next day. I'll definitely be buying my food from Mouthfuls in the future!
