I have ordered from Garlic Knot dozens of times. I give two stars in consideration of prior positive experiences. The food and service used to to be great. Recently both have declined and culminated to a horrific experience with my last order. I ordered for delivery and was given a delivery time of one hour. After an hour and a half I started to attempt to contact the restaurant but was put on infinity hold twice. After two hours the food finally shows up. Immediately the GK employee says "This is going to be free today, it's the least we can do". He then pulls out a bag that has my shrimp scampi in it that is 100% soaked with scampi juice. This has also leaked all over the pizza box and the cinnamon knots. My milkshake was 100% melted and was room temperature. When we get inside to try to salvage a meal out of this I have received the wrong pizza...I run outside and am able to grab him and he has the correct pizza which also has scampi juice on the box. The cinnamon knots have scampi sauce inside and are obviously inedible. The pizza was obviously cooked two hours prior. I would have let it go completely if I would have actually not been charged or received a refund but neither of these happened.
The Good: The food is amazing and priced way below its value. The Bad: There aren't many waiters working. The Ugly: The Dallas Cowboys 17-42 loss to the Denver Broncos....

Food is always on point!!! Great family restaurant! My kids love the ice cream bar, and I love the beer selection!! Highly recommend coming here !!!
I understand that sometimes stuff happens. Obviously there were some sort of staffing issues on this date. A well run food establishment however would have contacted me to let me know of the delay and more so would not have actually given me the food that I received. This entire meal was an absolute embarrassment and the fact that no one working felt that way should be very concerning. I will possibly give it another try sometime down the road if there is a new team in place here but most likely I will not as there are plenty of good pizza places to be found.
I love other Garlic Knot locations, but this experience was different. We sat for 15 minutes and no one came over to take our order. We had time to look over the menu, decide on drinks and appetizers, still no server. We decided on our pizza order, and still no waiter appeared. We even had enough time to discuss other pizza places that we wanted to try, and after googling some of them and drooling over the pictures, we finally decided to try someplace new and just got up and left.
