I ended up driving to pick it up to come home to cold food. We ordered small pizzas... more like personal pan. For 9 dollars, it was a flipping waste.
Best pizza in Denver hands down. Great staff and makes you feel right at home. Trivia night is always a blast and they always have great Chicago and local brews.
Ordered pizza through chow now (because they recommended it on their website). My confirmation email said the order would arrive at 6:50 pm. When 7:20 hit and my order still hadn't arrived, I called to see if it was on the way. They said they don't have a driver and still need to call chow now to get a driver. My pizza was ready and had been ready, sitting at the restaurant .... which made our food cold.
This is the second time we've ordered from here and are not pleased. Never ordering from this place again.
I can't get enough of the thin and/or deep dish sausage and spinach pizza. It is one of my favorites. Just had a meatball sandwich last night and I think I have found a new favorite. The staff is always friendly and I can tell they really enjoy their job. The owner is always striving to improve his business and he truly cares about his customers and employees. Love the atmosphere also.
Granted I ordered carry out so hopefully it’s better there....it was just not good. I lived in Chicago for over thirteen years and this pizza did not even come close to representing a Chicago Style pizza. There is so much good pizza in Denver this was a big disappointment. I The garlic knots were not garlicky and were more like weird corn bread balls. The toppings were lackluster and it all turned into a flavorless soupy mess. Overall terrible execution.
Got a great break by ordering online. We ordered for takeout. Pizza was thick and tasty. Wings were great with lots of options. We would order again
