I love that they have vegan friendly pizza, and that its part of a concert venue, so you can hear music while waiting in line. The staff are friendly, although it can get quite hectic and busy, which makes the small area feel really crowded
The pizza is great and surprisingly cheap! Authentic- delicious. - Ordered a large Veggie Pizza & definitely enjoyed it. Service was fine. The estimated wait for pizza is 30 mins. -wait was really worth wait for the good pizza we've get.
So many vegan options and their dessert pizza comes vegan!
And they have a meatless Monday fairly often unlimited vegan pizza for 10$ and a free show. I definitely recommend and will be back.
Rude and inconsiderate customer service by two male staff around 3:30 pm on 11/4/17. I paid for a slice of cheese pizza with a debit card and the pen they gave me to sign the receipt was not working. I asked for a new pen and the worker gave me such an attitude as if I was asking for some crazy request, which I wasn't. He said to change the surface that I was writing on and the pen still didn't work. I had to ask THREE times for a different pen until they gave me one so I could sign the receipt and not give a tip due to how inconsiderate they were. I will not be coming back again unless they hire people who actually know a thing or two about how to treat paying customers with respect.
Good pizza but they honestly don't even deserve the money. MOST of the guys making pizzas/taking orders are very rude and act like you're bothering them. One time I went in for some pizza and the guy was watching tv and he turned around and said (with attitude) "Do you need something?". I also went recently and when I said "thank you, have a nice day" they completely ignored me. And another time, I had asked for our pizza extra crispy and they didn't even make it crispy at all, so I asked if they could put it in just a couple mins and they sighed then let the pizza almost completely burn. So, yes, the pizza IS good. But the experience is terrible nearly every time. Don't waste your money at the Marquis.
