The place is small but it's not very busy. The customer service is amazing the lady here is so sweet and she is helpful I will come here just for her.
First time at this location after not liking the others I've been too due to my pants being stolen out of the dryer while going next door to the store and being located in sketch areas. The owner Mai is so sweet. I didn't know how to use the machines and was embarrassed to ask. But she offered to help me get the machines started as it can be confusing the first time. Thank god because I was just thinking that. I had ran out of soap on the last two machines and told her I'd have to come back next time because I was out of soap. She went and got soap for the last two of my machines without hesitation and said don't worry about it. Which is so sweet of her, that's what I call customer service. At the end she offered to carry my things to the car. I couldn't let a nice lady carry my mountainous stacks of clothes bigger than her. But it was the thought that counts. I read the reviews prior coming here and for the two people who rated this place 3 stars or lower. They don't know what they are talking about. Great family owned business with great customer service. I'm sure this place is what my parents meant when they would talk about family businesses back in the day being the best service you can get. Not like today where you're just a dollar sign.

Mai is great. She is so sweet and helpful. That said, I know that I am not accustomed to relying upon laundromats and only recently have had to do so while waiting for a part for our home washing machine, but the quarters here are VERY cramped and the washers and dryers alike are ancient. Hot white bleach cycle lasts a total of 25 minutes here and at home, it lasts well over an hour. The clothes did not come out clean, even those washed with bleach. In fact, the clothes came our gray and although they smelled better, some had stains that they did not have when going into the washers. The industrial washers were really the worst. The smaller washers, though also ancient, worked better but were truly the smallest washers I have EVER Seen. One couch throw filled the entire washer. The dryers did work, but were also ancient. One must also be aware that you cannot just pour in bleach and think that is okay. The bleach pours immediately and directly onto your clothes. There is no delayed delivery system for bleach. The cost for doing a weeks worth of laundry for a family of five was over $40. The industrial washers cost between $3.75 to $8.00 a load, and were the only logical choice, but the clothes did not come out clean and bright and they were really not well wrung out, which resulted in a higher costs to dry the clothes. The smaller washers were $1.75 a load, worked better, but a family of 5 would need to use the entire bank of at least 12 washers at a time, if not more. This business is obviously making money hand over fist and sobeit. That is fine. However, at least invest in newer, better quality equipment and rent a bit more space and make it comfortable. This place has really no place to sit and read, for example. There is a rest room, fair enough. However, the space is so tight that one finds that one is ALWAYS in someone else's way. Again, while Mai is great, this was a miserable experience to endure.
