My Rolex needed to be serviced as well as band repair and crystal buffing. My husband brought it in to Williams Jewelers and they quickly buffed the crystal and repaired the band...at no charge. I will be trusting them to send it off to Rolex for servicing and they earned future business and great recommendations! Thanks Samantha!
Such friendly staff! Visited Williams Jewelers today with my girlfriend to ask about fixing some minor scratches on the white gold bezel on my Rolex. They gave me the honest opinion that due to it being only 1.5 years old they didn't recommend having it polished until it's scheduled checking in at Rolex even though they would essentially be losing a sale to make a couple hundred dollars. I also noticed while I just so happened to be in the store that a bracelet screw was coming out! They took it in the back and checked all the bracelet screws and put thread lock on the ones that needed it. I asked how much I owed them and Stephanie kindly said "No charge, just please come again." WOW. I will most certainly be back. I'm very glad that kind of long-term client view is still around today and that I've found it at Williams Jewelers.

Do not take any nice water-resistant watches to this store for a battery change or purchase a watch from this store. I took my Charriol in and paid extra to have it shipped out since it was water resistant, waited a month for it to be returned and in less than a year it had water inside it from a shower. When I called them, they told me there was nothing they could do. Designer jewelry stores that I am used to back east actually stand behind their work and are able to service watches they touch. This place is beyond sub-par from a quality service perspective.
From our first step in the door at the Cherry Creek location we were greeted with a friendly and professional atmosphere. We're pretty detail oriented people who had a specific modern european men's ring in mind, and Kay was able to find that option and several others similar to what we liked, we truly felt she was there for us and was extremely patient. We had been to several other jewelers and NONE had the selection like Williams. What makes this place five stars (beyond the great selection and service) was the fact that our ring arrived and wasn't exactly what we had expected. Kay jumped into action and worked with us to make sure the communication lines were open, and was able to redo the ring in GERMANY in ONE WEEK!! It still made it in time for our wedding. We couldn't be happier with the extra mile she went to be sure we were 100% happy with our investments. Williams Jewelers is truly in the business for good relationships, and they have ours! Highly recommend for any type of jewelry at all; they can do it and they work with you until it's right.
