The worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. I was covered by Stephanie for three years. When I got into an accident, I never got any contact form them what so ever. They passed me on to their 800 number. They dropped my insurance because of the accident, and when I tried to call to talk to them, they would tell me that they will call me back. It's bee three weeks now and I have not heard from them at all. I have called a total of 5 times. This is the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I would definitely NOT go with the Stephanie Sponder agency.
