This is absolutely, hands down, the WORST experience I have ever had with any Insurance agency ever. The.aboslute.worst. They have been unable to get one thing correct on our policy from day 1 and the train wreck continues on and on. I just logged into our health policy (which is awful and no one takes our insurance) and it claims my premium dues is 10,000! What? It will not allow me to pay any less. They have been trying to get our premium "sorted out" for months. On top of all of this, they had our receptionist noted on all of our documentation as the decision maker, so as the business OWNER, I could not even speak to someone on the phone as I am not "authorized". Total train wreck, take your business to another agency, any agency would be better than Moody.
