Excellent customer service. I had to return an item that I purchase a week earlier because it started falling apart. I no longer had the tags but I had the receipt. The cashier didn't question me, he just refunded my money.
Stein Mart has styles of clothes other stores don't have. Love shopping there!!

I went to shop for pants at Stein Mart, after buying my stuff I left. I returned minutes later because I wanted to use the rest room. I left again after the bathroom break and I was intercepted outside by a security guard! I was asked if I had been shopping in the store and accused of shop lifting because something set their alarm off. I proffered my receipt and was still verbally abused by the guard who kept insisting I 'follow him to a "private office" and talk this over' I refused this and threatened to call the Denver Police. A manager took my items back inside and found the offending security tag and removed said tag. No apology, no thank you nothing...
