I should start by saying that I haven't bought a new car since 2008 and was dreading the experience. There is very little I like less than car shopping. With that said, Mountain States Toyota made it a great experience. I started my experience by calling them to see if they would have a good sales person available in 20-30 minutes. Travis was very helpful and said he would be sure to have a salesperson available when I arrived. He took all my information, what I was looking for, etc. . . When I arrived Derek Williamson was my salesperson and he was such a breath of fresh air! He had spoken to Travis and knew what I was looking for. He showed me options they had with my original requirements and took the time to explain all of my options. Derek was honest, not pushy, and did a great job communicating with me. When I finally decided I wanted to purchase a new car rather than used, they didn't have the style and color combination that I wanted, but he found it at another dealership. The paperwork and finance process was easy and the finance manager did a great job explaining everything. Overall I would recommend this dealership to any, particularly Derek Williamson. Thank you Derek for making this such a great experience!!
Amazing rates, no false promises, trustworthy, offering cars at best competitive rate. Overall It was amazing experience. Everyone was completely professional, they did not go overboard to sell the vehicle. I was presented with facts and numbers. I have been searching for my car for 2 months finally I was happy it ended here. Completely satisfied with purchase.
I’m always hesitant when going to a car dealership due to several negative past experiences. However, I was happily surprised to leave Mountain States Toyota with a great experience! If you decide to shop here make sure you ask for Dylan Batch, he was super friendly (Go Broncos!) and helpful. He seemed genuinely concerned about helping me find the right fit for a car rather than using high pressure sales tactics. The dealership itself was also nice, great location and clean on the inside.
Went into Mountain States looking for a specific model and was quickly shown the vehicle. I was a first-time car buyer and was somewhat nervous but it wasn't stressful or overwhelming. The salesman I worked with, Randy Hendricks, was incredibly informative and helpful but not pushy at all. Test drive was great and I was impressed with all the information I was given. The process of financing went very smooth as well. Based on my overall experience I would absolutely recommend Mountain States Toyota for anyone looking to purchase a car!
