Had a great experience buying a car at Cherry Creek Auto. They had great customer service and had knowledge on the vehicle I was looking at. Brandon and Justin the owner, were both awesome to work with when buying the car. They gave me a fair deal on my trade in and the car that I purchased so I was happy. After I bought the car, communication was rather poor and I went a full week without a vehicle to use as I had traded in my car and the dealership was still working on the vehicle that I bought. I felt that it was a bit excessive especially when I have to occasionally travel during the week for work. I would still buy another vehicle from them in the future.

Initially I was concerned because it's a used car dealership, and there's enough stigma about those kinds of businesses. But after reading several online reviews and seeing they're rated well by BBB, I went on in, and ended up getting a really great deal on a Subaru. The guys working there are very helpful and friendly, especially Brandon, whom I worked with. Brandon showed me several cars in my price point and offered honest recommendations that would work best for me rather than what would earn him the most commission. So far I'm really, really happy with my car, and I was very happy with the service I received both times I walked onto the lot.

My husband went to Cherry Creek Automotive in search of a new vehicle. After finding a vehicle he headed home to wait for the loan approval. Brendan told my husband that he'd call as soon as a loan came through seeing as we didn't want to hang out at the dealership all day. A couple hours later, Brendan called my husband and told him to head over. We head back over from our home in Wheat Ridge and low and behold, we end up waiting for another hour... the whole time staff is reassuring us it will only be a few more minutes. Finally Brendan breaks the news that the loan didn't get approved!!! Seriously guys... customer service is key in making sales. Being upfront and honest with your customers is a necessity. Your business lacks professionalism. Not only have you lost a sale but now you also have one more negative review.

Bought a 2009 vw golf. Was fairly priced in the ad, and they negotiated with me down to a price I was happy to pay. I bought the car about 3 months ago and have had no problems with it, which is why I wait to leave a review. Trustworthy in my book.

Great customer service throughout the entire buying process. Justin went above and beyond our expectations. We would definitely return to Cherry Creek Automotive next time we are looking for a car.
