For the last year and a half, Etai's has been close to a weekly stop for my wife and I. Not anymore, we are officially done. The quality of the food has been rapidly declining for a while now. The portioning has become incredibly stingy and the new menu sucks. I ordered a salad and could see the bottom of the carry out container. The portion cup of dressing completely drowned it, the chicken was rubbery, and the pineapple salsa had no taste. It was too disgusting for me to finish. Don't waste your time with this garbage. Go to the Chipotle across the street.

Poor management for such expensive food. I worked harder than all workers and most management but was let go because the managers felt intimidated by my hard work and friendly personality.

Tasty and fresh, good for breakfast and lunch. I have enjoyed several great meals here ranging from salads to burgers to breakfasts. Highlights are the mango chicken salad and the French dip sandwich. Their fries are excellent, thin and crisp with a bit of tender chewiness on the inside.

I'm writing this not in the spirit of vindictiveness but as an advocate for my son, who was fired after just being trained to take orders. He made a mistake, after which the customer who waited for their food as a consequence of his mistake, wrote a negative review. When my son went to work his next shift, they fired him. He'd only been there a few weeks and had just completed order-training, which he'd started only a few days prior. Last night, my son ordered a delivery from Etai's. The order-taker missed 2 out of the 3 items he ordered - and charged us for all 3. I called the restaurant and they credited the 2 items not received. That was good, however, as has been my experience with other restaurants when the restaurant has been at fault, it would have been far better customer service had they credited the entire cost of the meal, but that's neither here nor there. I'm writing this in hopes that the order-taker who made a mistake will not be fired. Most people "make a mistake" when they're learning a new skill - this is part of the learning process - and I don't believe a new employee should be fired as a result of an innocent mistake. Frankly, it's just cruel and entirely money-driven.

This restaurant offers many healthy options at a very affordable price. Service is very quick and they have outdoor patio seating available too. Happy hour runs from 3 to 5pm and is also a win. Not much to complain about here!
