This is the dopest coffee shop I've ever been to. The decor is sick and grungy. Lots of graffiti on the walls, but all purposely put there to give it that edge.
BEST COFFEE AND FOOD! Slow service at times but worth the wait and food. Get the French toast, it’s AMAZING.
Of you want refined quality of familiar breakfast staples and decadent pleasure from your food you must come to Carbon Cafe & Bar. Our food was delicious! I loved it also that provided a list of the local farms they get their food from.
This is a cool breakfast spot. We came in on a Monday morning and the food was great. It came out quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will go back when I'm in Denver.
This is my new go to in Denver for my coffee and to hang. I'm not a bar person, but this place has a Dive bar feel without the drunks. So Happy with this place. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable about their product. I can't say enough.....
Outstanding. Atmosphere and food were excellent. The espresso I had was good and they understood what I wanted. Food wise I highly recommend the green chili. They even have some great craft brews on tap.
I drink a Carbon Bullet and it's so good. Their food menu looks amazing. I can't wait to try it all.
