I visited TAG for the third time recently. Yet again, TAG did not disappoint. Superb service and food. If you're looking for something right downtown I would highly recommend TAG. Ive been to a couple other restaurants operated by this group and they were excellent as well.

Such a cool spot with delicious starters, mains, and desserts. The drink menu is creative & unique and the staff was incredibly friendly. I had the duck and it was one of the best dishes that I've ever eaten! Highly recommend!
Crowded! Tough to get a table... and even tougher to sit at the bar. But! Once you muscle through all that jazz, the drink menu is amazing. They aren't bartenders, they are mixologists. Spendy. But worth it. The Kobe sliders are incredible and fries can be eaten without ketchup. Didn't dive too far into the menu, just had apps and booze. Didn't need anything else.
My bf and I are from Boston and have been desperately searching for any restaurants in Denver that remotely remind us of the fine dining on the East Coast - and we finally found it in Tag. From top to bottom, everything was fine dining to a T. The waiter, Matt, was friendly and knowledgeable. Every dish was insanely good. We got the octopus, the taco sushi, the duck, and the miso black cod and each one hit the mark completely (the cod might be the best piece of fish I've ever had). Service was top notch throughout the restaurant, timing was perfect, and drinks were great - even just the house red. Atmosphere was stylish and modern. You can tell when a restaurant is well run, and this place is a fine-tuned machine. In a city where so many restaurants have underwhelming service and the exact same menu, Tag proved to be a thoroughly enjoyable culinary experience.
