Tried a sample of the Red Pepper bagel and was blown away, never had a bagel that was spicy like that before, and it was extremely enjoyable.
Best bagels in Denver - this is coming from a spoiled, New York City bagel snob! I lived in Manhattan for 4 years and have struggled to find a good bagel place since I moved. Hi rise is it! Their bagel sandwiches are to die for.

Chicken Panini and chips where amazing. I didn’t like the pickle tho however the peanut butter cookie made up for it! Minute Maid lemonade was lit!
Coffee was the only bummer, first place in Denver that didn't have "good" coffee.
I purchased a breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon and avocado on it and that was plenty to have to get me to lunch later in the day. My wife also ordered a sandwich and was satisfied as well.
Simple breakfast menu and very fair prices with housemade bagels. Don't expect much sweet here, it's all about the bagels!

Super slow service. Out of sausage, bacon, cheese, a few types of bread and other things. Employees not well organized for efficient service. Thought we could grab a quick bite to go. 30 minutes plus and STILL waiting. Total skip.
