It's an incredible feeling, going into certain post offices, and feeling like everything just works, the USPS system is firing on all cylinders. This is NOT one of those places.
Post person for 80206 is inept: Was waiting for a very important package, left signed pink slip with $1.04 in my mailbox as instructed so package would be left the next day. Mail person took the pink slip, money, and did not leave the time sensitive package. Not it is Veterans Day and no one can even look into the matter until Monday (should have been delivered Thursday.)
Thumbs down. Big time.
The man with grey hair, well he likes to fly off the handles at a moments notice. I've seen him flip out on customers on several occasions when he's the only person working, and a line builds up at the post office. Can't handle the pressure.
I called multiple locations for assistance and the man I spoke with said his computers do not work today. Yeah right! You guys suck! Need to be shut down and privatized so they will actually hire good employees and instill smart policies.
I really despise you for this unnecessary extra stress due to lazy and absent minded employees.
Hours of Operation on Tuesday are incorrect. You might want to call to confirm before wasting your time
Every time I bring a package here, it won't scan. I bring it to a different post office and everything works fine.
One girl likes to make it her job to be rude to repeat customers. Bring a package to her, she woll turn it away for whatever reason she makes up.... Bring the same package down the street to the USPS off on 2nd&Columbine , and they'll ship it no worries.
It's almost like USPS plopped an outpost in the middle of a downtown [read:busy] neighborhood, in the back of a one employee convenience store, and didn't teach the employees ANY etiquette for dealing with customers.
The owner may have a problem with you in which case your mail won't make it a month later. I don't trust to mail my stuff from here anymore. The Grey haired man is really rude, disrespectful and yells often. There's one lady in there who's really nice . The blue haired girl is really rude and foul mouthed. This place could use a refresher course on customer service and relations. Their regular products prices are jacked up way high too. I used to be a fan but too many mishaps for me to trust this store to mail my stuff or have a pleasant experience!
