The most condescending, rude, and not very bright people working here. Lady was so nice she gave my package away without asking for id or even checking the name on the package and nor did she check it when scanned. Hmmmm something fishy is going on here. I opened a case and am waiting. If my package does come up and opened and they do get it back I will file something on whoever opens my male as well. One guy was trying to help my husband while the grumpy rude condescending old man told him no. I was on speaker listening the whole time. We had the slip in our box to pick it up, yet not only did tracking send me the delivered message, but they try and turn their faults around on you. Lady admitted she outright gave my package away. I'm livid that someone else now has my personal information in that package. Shame on these employees. Disgusting behavior at its best. I am sacred to receive any packages here anymore. You deserve a dot in the corner of one star for the one guy trying to help.
I gave it a second star because the clerk behind the counter was helpful, and quickly located the "undeliverable" package.
I had a package delivery to 80212 reported as "Notice left, no authorized recipient available." However the recipient was home that entire day and no notice was ever found. I thought this was just a random mistake until reading the other reviews. Since then I've heard that this station has pretty low moral, subcontracted carriers, and apparently several other problems resulting in some pretty poor service.
3 times now I've tracked a package being delivered to my home. The tracking info says a specific date AND time the package was delivered. 2/3 times the package has been delivered ATLEAST 2 days AFTER what was documented by the post office/mailman. So ofcourse I contact the company saying I didn't receive the pkg, even thought the tracking info says it's been delivered etc etc....I'm happy 2/3 finally showed up, but the fabrication of date/time of delivery!!!! The third time, something was documented as delivered now 17 days ago. I don't care if something comes late, but the fact that it's being documented under the tracking info as delivered when that clearly never happened is UNBELIEVABLE!!!
I've held off an leaving a review for 2 years, but the problems just keep compounding. I hope you guys get some more help! Never had issues like I do at this Post Office, including: lost packages, returned mail (courier couldn't find my house?), late mail delivery times, etc.
Worst post office ever! They can't get a mail hold right, ever! We did have one good carrier a couple of years ago and he was replaced with terrible carriers who don't take any pride in their job.
