I needed to get to work one morning when I missed the bus. I thought Uber was a fast easy thing for rides. I didn't know you had to have the app to get a flipping ride. Then I didn't get the confirmation email for three days. Three days!!! How does that help me? How does any of it help the ones who haven't used it before?? It's kinda a joke. 4 Ubers drove by my as I was trying to figure out how to get a ride. Stupid app. A
The nice guy delivered my food in a timely manner and I didn't have any cash to tip him... In this day and age I do not always have cash and I want to tip the driver / delivery person a nice tip. THERE IS NO OPTION TO DO THAT VIA THE CURRENT SYSTEM ... It would make things nicer if that were corrected.
I think the only time a customer/passenger should be able to use the "by location" option for pick up is when they're in a rural area, NOT URBAN. Not when there's 50 other businesses on the same block. 100% of the time the dot is off and it causes undo hardship for pick ups.
I am losing precious time and money becouse this lazy peaple that always do nothing except make you wait, now having four day offs while drivers are working hard 24/7 so how can pass inspection and get back to work now!??????? Have to wait till Saturday!!!!! The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!
Every time I've been here I've been in and out in less than an hour. You should plan accordingly since 11 to 3 is their busiest time and you will wait a while. Car inspection was fast, Tina was pretty good at answering any questions. Only complaint was that I was not offered a beacon/Uber light and I have friends that got one when they signed up. Medical exam is laughably simple for $50. Then again it's just a questionnaire and a few basic reflex tests to make sure you don't have any obvious medical issues.
