The worst ever!! They were rude! When the driver called that he was at my location he was downtown and I was in West Denver. Said that they would be right there and never showed up. Went with Metro Taxi! Now I see why we use UBER and LYFT
TOTAL rip off. $76 for a cab ride 35 mins from the airport?? Later looked at Uber and it would have costed me $30-40! Also there was no indication of the price nor a meter so I have no idea where that price even came from! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
Three years ago, I tried this cab service was not fully impressed. Plus, one of the drivers was very rude to me when he left a voicemail on my phone. Not sure of his name, but he was not professional and very rude.
They need an app. They're stuck in the 20th century and it's sad. The drivers only want to hang at the airport and rarely pick up in town. Freedom could be great but they choose not to be.
The service is always prompt and the rates are the lowest in Denver.
