I love this place
Inquired about dog training classes at this location and after four phone calls and one no-show appointment we decided to go elsewhere. Very disappointed in the professionalism of the manager and dog trainer.
Some of the best customer service I've ever had. We went here to adopt a puppy and, despite some scheduling issues, the staff was nothing but helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and to make sure we were taken care of. The manager on duty, two different associates, and the rep at the VetCo desk were all great.
