Called late at the last minute at night. They're able to get somebody out to stop a big leak that was flooding my basement. Thank you King rooter and plumbing. The price was fair and the technician Jeff is amazing he explained everything to me thoroughly and even help me clean up the water.
I had a plumbing emergency and of course it was at 5:00PM the day before a holiday. Al responded to my call and was pleasant and very helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the problem in no time. I couldn't have been more pleased with the company's quick response and Al's attitude and ability. Thank you for a job well done.
I deal with a bunch of contract companies. I can not recomend these folks. Tried to over charge my client for "repair" that was not verified. Verified there WAS not issue by a different reputable company. They charged for a service that was never completed and refused to refund the charge. NEVER SUGGEST USING THEM
First off let me be clear to all that read this I used to work for this company and some of the reviews are about me all of which stating how good of a job I've done and the extensive knowledge I possess! That being said I'm Mike. Anyway I am a master plumber in more than one state and have numerous other certifications in the plumbing area. I'm an honest caring individual and know how most of the public view people in my trade, I have strived throughout my career to be fair in my pricing and give the best professional clean and uncomprimised job to all my customers! That being said when I moved to Colorado and began searching for employment I was what I thought was thorough in finding an employer who had the same integrity as myself. I talked to at least 30 companies and I was offered jobs from every company I spoke with, eager to snatch me up for my abilities. I ended up choosing King Rooter on the basis of "I pay my bills on time, I've never screwed anyone over, and I never lie"! Well after my 8 months or so of employment wow was I wrong for going with my gut! First off everything is shady about JEFF and his "company". There is no transparency whatsoever. I've been told by another former employee that JEFF added extra money on a job we did so he could make some more money himself. No big deal right? Well since you pay your plumbers commissions it's a huge deal to them! Oh and speaking of commission when you tell a guy you are hiring this is the percentage I'm paying and then when the first check comes it drops 3-5 percent I'm pretty sure that's a lie! I'm gonna get you health insurance, vacation time... Anyway back to the review as a warning to potential customers. I've owned my own plumbing company before and that being said if you'll lie to your employees imagine what they say and do to your customers! So when JEFF comes over and says let's just break up this 2-3 feet of concrete for $1800 you can be 99.99% sure that's gonna cost you $6000 or better! Listen to the way he talks it's all about how great he is and God forbid how he talks about the competition! Better yet call a plumbing supply house and hear how the guys in there talk about him! He's not even what I or others in the industry would call a decent plumber, just another guy who purchased a plumbing license! Just beware folks most of you have good intuition, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is! Oh and by the way I didn't make it the average year most of the guys make it here, I was far to fed up after 8 months! One last thing when an employee backs into a vehicle doing slight damage and calls the owner to let him know and the owners immediate response is "did anyone see you do it?" What does that say? Just a little food for thought!
After getting bids from other plumbers for replacing our hot water heater, we went with King, largely due to Mike. In addition to giving us the best bid, Mike was an extremely knowledgeable Master Plumber, answering all our questions and sharing freely from his years of experience. When he came back to do the installation, he was very polite, attentive to keeping things clean, and efficient with his time. Bridget in the office who confirmed the contract and scheduling was very pleasant and easy to work with. We would certainly consider using King again should we need future plumbing services.
