Jose arrived on schedule Saturday morning and did an excellent job. He determined that the flame detector was causing the humidifier to malfunction and it was a simple fix. He also replaced the humidifier thermostat just to be sure and did a complete inspection of the furnace. Because of the scheduling delays he waived the charges and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Had an appointment between 2:00pm and 4:00pm on Tuesday but got a call about 3:00 pm that they had to reschedule. Rescheduled for Thursday same time but got a call Thursday morning with another excuse but would come later after 4:00. Got a call about 8:00 pm that he couldn’t make it. Rescheduled for Saturday morning...we’ll see!

They were so professional, polite, took the time to ensure all our questions were answered and they left my house so clean that I only knew they had been here because I had seen them working hard all day.
The service technician that came out was great. No problem's there. Very friendly and knowledgeable. But the price quote was ridiculous. It was going to be approximately a $700/hr labor rate. Not including parts which are max $500. Moving hot and cold water, and a gas line approximately 10ft. Adding drain to main sewer line. All accessible in a crawl space. (A clean, lined one. not that that should make a price difference, just saying) No dry wall work needed or any clean up really. Said it would take 4hrs. Again, the tech was great. Not trying to bash him. He was going off of what looked like "menu pricing"that the company provides. But the price was crazy.
I'm a single mom. My furnace went out on a cold night and the same night that my relationship also ended. And it was very stressful and emotional for both things to be happening at once. The initial consultation was shocking because of the fact I had to replace the furnace, but my son-in-law who is also in HVAC, was here and assured me that what I was being told was true and that the prices were very competitively low. With that information, I felt more at ease to be able to move forward with the decision to work with the company. On the day of the installation, the guys came over and we're extremely professional and respectful of my home. They explain things to me step by step in regards to programming and maintaining the system. They were very reassuring and that the company is there for you 24/7. I felt very at ease after the whole thing was said and done, and the house is nice and warm and cozy again. I highly recommend this company.
