This theater provides a fantastic movie experience, which can be completely invalidated by poor customer service. I purchased tickets online, but when I got to the theater they could not find my tickets using my credit card or any other data. I had to go back home a bring them the email confirmation, by the time I returned I was already late for an opening weekend limited viewing. The manager tried to compensate me with movie passes I could only use at their theater (in hopes that pre-purchased tickets hadn't taken the best seats), the manager then tried to get me to go through the online service to get a refund but they offered me an out of service number. Finally they dug down and were able to refund my card the cost of the tickets. So I got to pay a "convenience fee" for this experience: Movie night ruined. They could have done better by the customer.
They serve real food here besides popcorn and nachos. For $10 you can get a small pizza and salad but I would recommend eating before you come unless you’re short on time. It was made fresh and to order but not very filling for $10. Good thing I’m gonna order a large popcorn for when the movie starts.
Expect long lines for premieres on blockbuster type movies. This is a good location to see a movie.
I go here for free movie screenings as well as pay to see movies.
Newer, modern theatres. Well maintained. The IMAX at this location is incredible.
The place had a free parking garage. You can take the train to this location too.
The main manager is not very friendly at all. Clayton, a manager, is very nice and at least they have 1 good one.
The movie experience is usually great. Food is edible. Will not go out of my way to go here, but will go when in neighborhood.
Great staff! Good selection of movies! Imax! And overheard - they are hiring for the holiday season... 16 and up. Inquire with the manager.
