btw, I wasnt thinking of getting my parking validated at the time & am now out $3, but if you do decide to patronize this place after my warning, bring in your parking ticket, they will validate.
Chairs are a bit uncomfortable. I'm a tall dude, and I get cramped in the chairs here unless I cross my legs back and forth constantly. Annoying to me and those next to me.
This place while reasonably priced is infested with mice. I've talked to management about it multiple times and they always say the exterminator is on the way. Please clean it up!
Not a bad theater overall though. Usually clean, decent staff.
When I told the employees and manager that were in the 'lobby' area cleaning, none of them were surprised. I was offered a refund for my tickets and food, while that was processing, the manager on duty explained that this is something that has been going on for about a month and they have an exterminator contracted to come out every week to abate, but the root problem is that the mice are all over the mall.
Have not been here for some time since the mall started to charge for parking. It's nice that they validate at AMC.
This movie theater is the sole reason I ever come to Cherry Creek Mall.
Rodent infested. My sister warned me that she saw mice there back when that movie ALI came out(2001). Thinking surely by now that wouldnt be an issue, I took my girls to see the MLP movie. bought a jumbo pretzel, 2 Icees, went to our seats and 20 minutes into the movie I saw 1 mouse. Then 2 more. I collected my belongings and my girls, alerted the other few patrons (It was the 9pm showing, not crowded) and left.
Uncrowded theater, especially for movies that have been out for multiple weeks. I don't think I've ever sat in a theater that was even half full.
Nice theater. Have to pay to park just to go to the mall, or theater in this case. It's EXTREMELY expensive for food, like all theatres. But the seats themselves, AMAZING!! Recline, clean, comfy, and sizeable!
I don't know much about mice, but that this is the time of year they would begin to come inside-IF they are able, and that like roaches, there's never just one. I'm grossed out by seeing them in the theater where we were sitting and eating, but even more disgusted that AMC knows about this problem, yet continues to take peoples' money before the problem is addressed. Typical corporate greed.
Sadly the upkeep is lacking. The theater smells, there carpets are filthy as well as the seats. Infact several seats were simply torn.
