Impossible to get a good consistent experience at this library. Amazing building, finicky staff (some are moody), but worst of all the homeless. Sad
The staff at this library are terrific. Knowledge, professional and compassionate. My observation is that all patrons are treated with equal dignity and respect.
Horrible library but nice museum of Denver's black history
I am so tired of coming here and sitting next to a person who has not showered in weeks. The smell is terrible!
