They almost always late, if you're appointment is at 8:40 they need you 20 minutes early but they doctor is always behind schedule and make you wait for almost 1 hour..

They suddenly stopped accepting my insurance but did not notify me until I showed up at 8 a.m. for a very critical appointment. They made me waste two weeks waiting for an appointment they could not honor and I could and should have been elsewhere getting medical attention. There was absolutely no consideration for their patients when this change was made, and no demonstrable concern with the risk to my health they put me in by making me wait 2 weeks only to tell me they don't take my insurance. I just lost my primary care physician with whom I have been working for the past year and all they can do is stare at me and tell me they'll offer me a "discount" on the non-insured parts of my visit? Like I can afford that? Now I have to wait an additional month to get into a new doctor to address a serious health condition - so 6 weeks total thanks to their lack of concern. This is not a serious place. If you have no other options, they are ok, but be forewarned that they may just cut you loose when you most need help. I wouldn't risk my health on a place so cavalier.
