I have gone here for my oldest daughters passport in March and again in November for my youngest. Both times I have received excellent service, even when my oldest daughters father was not able to be here. I am almost tempted to say the lady doing the paperwork is more efficient than a german Amt! People need to do their part and have all necessary documents, copies and payments! You always get prompt returned phone calls or messages and are told exactly what you need to bring and what your options are. Love this place, the location and service and hope we won't ever have to go anywhere else! Thank you for all the help we've received

I went here in January to apply for my passport. I had paid the lady over $100. She messed my paperwork up and lied to me. Beware. You're better off going to LA.
