I was there two occasions and all my issues were promptly resolved in a timely manner. I never had problem. Things that they aren't able to solve at the consulate, they referred me to Immigration Canada. I think the two ladies, one is called Sarah and the front desk lady are wonderful people.
I had a horrible experience with Embassy. I was never able to find the correct information that I need before arriving in Canada. And whenever I asked for assistance, I was just bounced around to different resources. Nonetheless, by the time I had arrive in Canada I was force to return home because they had miss informed me about having a working visa. I had spent a lot of time and energy getting ready for this trip and to not be able to go just crushed me.
If you do go through this Embassy, I hope you have a better experience than I did.
