I got a pap smear done and results came back inconclusive because they did not do the procedure correctly. On the same visit, I was stabbed four times for blood work but they could not find my vein. So a big waste of time!
The service is completely unprofessional and severely incompetent. The epitome of non patient - doctor relationship. With little to no communication between staff relating to patient needs. I would not recommend this hospital in even the most simple situations.
I have had nothing but positive experiences here throughout my pregnancy. From registration to ultrasound to genetic counseling to midwives, everyone has been caung and professional.
Do not go to this place. It is the worst service I have ever had to deal with anywhere in my life. 35 weeks pregnant and they send me away after I was 8 minutes late. I can request a midwife 2 months in advance and still jot get who I requested with an answer back saying I never requested them. They gave me a UTI script when i thought my water broke sent me home and cancelled all my tests they were running. No one is on the same page. The midwifes don't even get to know you. Stay away!
