The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable, the office is very neat! Dr.Kazemi did an amazing job on my dental work, I was terrified of getting a root canal and crown but he definitely has the touch and did a great job. I would recommend this place to everyone.
I recently moved to Denver and needed to find a new dentist. I get anxious and nervous at the dentist so I was not looking forward to my visit. Everyone in the office was incredibly friendly and helpful Dr. K helped explain everything before it happened and kept checking in to be sure I was okay. Dr. K was gentle and took his time with everything to be sure I was comfortable. I would recommend Dr. K to anyone looking for a new dentist in the area.
I went in for a cleaning. Needed a deep cleaning which I did receive and was happy with the results. Needed 4 of my veneers replaced was quoted a price. Went to a family members dentist and wanted to receive my care there. Now it's been a nightmare trying to have the receptionist send my records to the new dentist. My new dentist had asked me to call personallyI did. It's been over a month and they still have not received my records. I made another call today after my appointment with my new dentist asking for them to send my records and requested that it someone made sure it was sent because my new dentist hasn't recieved them. Was told that the receptionist was out at lunch and would do it when he got back. Only to receive a phone call from the receptionist about twenty minutes later. He was extremely rude telling me he had sent them 3 times and was screen shotting pictures of my records every time he sent them so I couldn't say he wasn't doing his job. Only to be told by him he would not send my records that I would have to go in and pick them up. WOW!!! Stellar customer service.
This place is great. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Arceneaux and his oral surgery team today to get my wisdom teeth taken out and yes I said pleasure because that’s truly what it was. From being checked in flawlessly by Steve at the front, to the Dr himself coming in to explain exactly how the procedure was going to go, I was VERY impressed and all the anxiety I was feeling totally vanished. I absolutely, 100% reccommend this place if you’re looking for a group of phenomenal, caring people. Thanks you guys!!
Sorely disappointed in the handling of my dental care; front office staff is pleasant enough, but execution of services promised is sorely lacking and actually listening to the patients is unheard of, no pun intended.
Frustrated by them forcing established care with a surgeon who then moves to other offices, all the while insisting you still see that same surgeon - at the other offices, at travel cost to you.
Really disheartened to have to write this review, they were promising and polite in the beginning only to quickly fade in caring. Definitive false promise in my opinion unfortunately.
