My wife's GMC truck broke down at the Denver airport, and it was towed here. The mechanics were friendly, professional, and honest. They kept in constant communication with me about what they were doing to the truck. Eventually, they determined that it would need a new engine. They had done almost $800 worth of work on it, but graciously waived that cost because they didn't feel right about charging me that much for a truck that wouldn't work. Then, they waived the storage fee (normally $20 a night) for three or four days until I could get a friend to tow it away for me. I was very happy with the service and respect they showed throughout the entire process.
I needed a used car pre purchase inspection and these guys were great. I was coming up from the Springs and they were able to fit me in the same afternoon I called. I would definitely recommend this shop for an inspection.
I like how everything just gets handled by Jimmy and his team! In this latest visit, Steve already had my information pulled up and my Jeep ready for diagnosis. You see, my car had died and it was not a battery or alternator issue. Roadside assistance had already ruled them out. Pro Import figured out that the ignition cylinder and component were the culprit and replaced it right away. The Jeep stealership had suggested they replace the entire steering column - not so fast! Pro Import ordered the parts for it and before the day's end, they had my car back to normal. Fast, prompt service AND Pro Import has your back! I will never trust the Jeep Stealership AGAIN! -Henry
