Fast workers very knowledgeable and even let us use thier phone to get an Uber.
Overall there's something a bit off about the service. Next time I'll drive a little further to get more prompt and friendlier service.

This place, being downtown, is extremely convenient. Most of the other oil change places are 20 minutes away without traffic.
The downside? I've been three times now for a quick oil change, and they've been unable to get me in on the same day. If you don't have an appointment, good luck.
I was also in once for tire service. They took a day to do it. I go to another place in Broomfield that can swap snow tires in an hour.
I go to this firestone pretty often for routine maintenance. I've never had any issues with my car coming out of here and everything has always been fixed with recommendations on what I should do next. Overall the staff is pretty good but I do feel that they try and get you to fix everything on your car whether you really need it or not. It makes me think the staff are motivated by quotas or commission for services sold.
Zero stars! Whatever you do, do NOT take your car here. They gave me a defective and completely unsafe vehicle. This shop placed a new alternator in my car and FAILED to connect three plugs that connect the alternator to the battery. They sent me out thinking my car was in great condition and ready to drive. I drained my battery within 30 miles of driving and my car STOPPED working on a busy road. I could've caused an accident and my car had to be towed away to a nearby mechanic. They endangered my life and all other drivers that were driving near me that day. This is mechanics 101...obviously lazy, sloppy, and dangerous work happening in this shop. Save your self the danger and stress and go anywhere but here.
