I had my suspension replaced a couple months ago and after awhile I had squealing sounds took it back in. Turns out the sway bar popped out of the ball joint and damages my CV axle... They replaced with all new parts and said I had to pay $175 for labor. I didn't understand why I had to pay anything considering it was a faulty part. Jeremiah Said "Don't worry about it, I'll try to recoupe the money from NAPA and waived the fee!" Great service, definitely recommend and I'll be back again with any issues in the future!!
This is hands-down the best auto repair shop I have been to. I brought my car in for a condenser repair and replacement of the front bumper and headlights. This could have taken several days and been cost prohibitive. But Jeremiah went to bat for me and ordered the bumper, sent it out for painting, and had it ready to go by the time I left my vehicle at the shop. He was able to do some pretty extensive bodywork and mechanical repairs in the span of a single day! The work is incredible. The front end of my vehicle looks brand new. And the air conditioner was fixed perfectly. The whole thing was done with meticulous precision. He worked with me to give me a very fair price and have my insurance cover as much as was possible. Honest, fair, and caring. The ease of renting a car was also so appreciated. Jeremiah arranged for the rental prior to my arrival and I had dropped my car off and was in a rental in a matter of a half-hour. When I got my car back, Jeremiah had also taken the time to identify and create quotes for a few things that might need work in the near future. And I definitely will be going to Midtown for said repairs. Could not recommend more highly.
This family-owned business treats you like you're part of the family. Jeremiah, Randy and the crew are honest and thorough. I love that they will help you prioritize your car's issues so you can plan accordingly. I have called and/or stopped by with (ridiculous) questions - - always answered politely. And they have helped me out with last minute issues without blinking. Great place.
