They were fine. I called and asked if they fixed turn signals. Not everybody does. The man on the other end was polite and told me that they did. I went in and they weren't inattentive. And they weren't rude. They weren't great. The waiting area was fine. Not comfortable. Not special. They changed the bulbs in my turn signals. I paid my bill and left. It was fine.
This is my go-to place for my car! I get my oil changed here regularly and they are the first place I call if something comes up. I've had to deal with shady places in the past, and it is really refreshing to have a local business to go to that you can count on and trust. In additional to oil changes they always remind me when other things are due based on my mileage, and never pressure me, but give the heads up in terms of care. They've also helped fix a tire and replace a tail light for me too. Great prices, nice people, and a lovely local business.
The best service I've experienced anywhere in town. Family owned and operated and you can feel it. They not only know their stuff, they are so honest and open about what you actually need and they don't try to sell you on things you do not. I have never had to wait in line to get my oil changed or to even get my brake pads replaced. I will never go anywhere else...and that is saying something since I live 20 miles away.
