Very welcoming, everything is clearly explained and very practical. Experiencing the benefits of meditation and Buddhist philosophy has changed my life for the better. I'm sad that I procrastinated about connecting with a community like this. That was 12 years ago and I haven't stopped loving this path.
I love this place! The teachings are amazing! I have found so much peace and love in my life by practicing the teachings I have learned here. The community is very kind too.
As a former dabbler in a large variety of mindfulness teachings and meditation styles, I am happy to have found a home at KMC. The teachings are very pure and really do work to bring more peace and compassion into you life. The community consists of kind and normal, everyday people. We take our 2 year old to many of the classes and events and they are very accommodating for families.
