Ive been in about a dozen times and no other customers were in the store ( I've never seen another person in there while shopping), yet I still couldn't get anyone to help me.
Great little shop. It's a place for people that love bikes and want pro service. If you're sick of amateurs mauling your gear when you take it for service or want a tailored bike build, this is the place to go.
As other reviewers have written, Schwab doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. I brought in my bike for their evaluation, fully expecting a laundry list of problems. I was pleasantly surprised when Walt said the tires and the rest of the bike was fine and all that was needed was a good tune-up - truing the wheels, etc. The bike rides so much better now. Great people, quick service, and great value. Highly recommended.
I keep trying to give them business but they just keep letting me down as a customer. Pastries and snacks are nice but some real service is why I came.
I think it's time to bring in some new blood or just shut the doors and retire.
Outstanding service Delivered when promised. Fair prices. Worth driving all the way from Cherry Creek, even though there are some good bike shops nearer by.
One older guy is so rude that you can tell he hates his job and has for the last twenty years. I finally got an older woman to help me but she spent a half hour bringing me the wrong parts and the crabby guy in service would not lift a fingered to help.
