The corn tortillas were NOT stewed so it had the flavor strong of the uncooked tortilla and this cheese and sauce excels, in the sauce there were small pieces of beef (also included?).

I've only been here once, and didn't have any drinks, so take that into consideration. It was okay. The food was good but nothing spectacular. Very pleasant waiter. My friend said her posole was decent. My chicken taco was dry but the crispy relleno was really good. A variety of salsas to sample at the salsa bar. Overall fairly average.
The waiter did not come up to ask if everything was okay.
The best of the enchilada dish were the beans and the rice.
The dish of the enchiladas the waiter offered me a bitter red and a green and served the two red ones, on the plate came a slice of olive (this is included in the plate?).
The lettuce is old and with a bitter taste.
My wife and I stopped in for a bite. The hostess kept being confused about where to seat us. We told her we wanted to sit in the dining area, but she kept wanting to sit us in the Bar area. Finally, someone who had worked there longer got us to a table and the waiter was quite helpful after that.

At this I ordered a plate of tortilla soup and enchiladas one green and one red (which the waiter offered me).
I ordered the special that day, a taco salad. It was good, but not outstanding.

The wreck is very expensive compared to the service and quality.
Diego's Mexican Food & Tequila Bar:
The soup entree had a strange presentation below the bowl had lettuce (how when you lift the table from your house after dinner) and to a side crackers, the soup tastes good no further comments on this.
Been coming for years - the staff is very friendly! And the food is so so good. Atmosphere is perfect.
Great place to stop in and grab a bite and a cocktail. Our bartender Derek was vert knowledgeable of the Denver metro area. Served some awesome drinks!!! Do stop by have a drink and say hello.
