I worked with Megan, she was very helpful and friendly. She offered tips on keeping my household goods in good shape and smelling great! I reserved the unit online, and received a follow-up call a couple of days before to schedule a check in time. The location is very convenient and the unit I rented was in great shape. I would definitely choose this facility. Very clean and customer service oriented! I attended my 1st Auction on 08/31/. The customer service and tips that I received from the staff; Connie, Jeff, Jacob and Brenda was awesome! The auction was very well organized and the staff made it a fun experience.
