5 stars because what this school is lacking is major security. Perhaps it’s because we moved from Texas, maybe the school system is just this vastly different, but there is NO security. Not only do my daughter and I have different last names (so it can’t be that they recognized the name), but I have only been inside of the School one other time in the previous year and not one person questioned where I was going or who I was going to see even though I didn’t know the room number I was going to, to put on thmy sign in sheet. This scared me a bit and I’m hoping it’s not completely normal.

That said I would recommend this school to anyone looking for a small quaint place to have your child learn and grow, teaching wise, I don’t have anything bad to say. Security definitely needs to be tightened up a bit though.

Worst. Experience. Ever. I only left my child here for 5 months, then we went back to Nebraska where she wasn't just a number and the teachers cared about her education personally! This school is so far behind technologically than our school we came from in Ne that I couldn't believe it. The front staff was rude, the principal wouldn't meet with me, a teacher didn't tell me child she was missing assignments and she didn't understand his system and didn't know either, never called me, just flunked her in English in 7th grade despite the fact that she was reading at a 12th grade level per her standards tests??!! There was a knife fight incident on the bus and 6th grade kids smoking pot on the buses. What a disgrace for our education system. Thank God we got of there. She's now an 11th grader back in Ne, honor roll and national honors society member, with scholarships already achieved for college. The only good that came of being there was that it opened our eyes to how sad our education system is in certain areas.

My daughter seems to be doing very well at this school. She may only be in 1st grade but we have moved quite a bit in the last couple of years so she has experienced quite a few schools, including those of the private and charter variety, and has not done as well at most of them. Every teacher I have met has been kind and encouraging. It seems they genuinely care and have our children’s best insterest in mind. I wouldn’t give them

I'm giving only 1 star just because there are no parent reviews. I'm a parent looking for a good school

My Daughter just started kindergarten here. I wish there were better schools in the area this one rates D-. Well my daughters only been in this school for 3 weeks. One day after dropping her off I had a day like this. I received a voicemail from the school saying my daughter was absent and I needed to make sure I called her in next time?!!!! Well not a VOICEMAIL you want to hear 2 hours after signing your kid in class! Had to drop everything and drive to the school because no one picked up the phone. As a parent thousands of things are going through your mind. How could my daughter be marked absent unless something happened to her. The Staff gave me a explanation that she was getting her picture taken blah blah blah blah blah.......... It wasn't picture day for her class!!!!! Furious they don't know where my daughter was. Mad they didn't follow policy. If the mother don't answer try the father. They ask for relatives phone numbers for something like this. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AS PARENT.

I love this place. In have been in this school for 5 years and it's awesome this is the place were I found all my best friend
