Terrible. Steer clear. Water shuts off nearly every day for the entire day. Not what I am paying this park for! Barking dogs are terrible as well. And good luck at night here - lock your doors.
Living here is pretty cool. Every day nobody is bothering me, and I like to see everything so close by. I would give it 5 stars but the only reason why I am not is because the water gets shut off like every day I will let you know, everything else is great here. 8/10 in my book and my wife agrees with the

I have a 12 year old daughter who is been scared here for the past 2 years because they call her names in Spanish and we have people hot roding through the back side in thier trucks she cant ride her bike without worrying about getting hit by a car. Our house has a padlock on the inside because she gets scared at night and i need the owners phone number asap
