Terrible experience. Have been waiting for a manager for 45 minutes on a Sunday afternoon, as the machine ate my Amex, which they supposedly take (according to their sign). The customer service folks are surly and unhelpful. In the time spent waiting for said manager, the line to exit the garage is now backed up around the second level. Terrible customer service, terrible machine software, if I could rate a 0/5, I would. In the time that I have been waiting for the incompetent management, I have left 2 online reviews and been helped 0/3 times I have tried to speak with a customer service agent. Don't park here, take your business elsewhere.
