CertaPro Painters did an excellent job! Luis' crew were friendly, prompt, and respectful of my property. They arrived on time and went right to work. Their attention to detail is greatly appreciated. They even helped me put my furniture back where it belonged and re-hung a traverse curtain rod for me! I definitely recommend them to all and will use them when I am ready to paint again! When it came to the painting, the Serna family did an excellent job. They stopped by before the job to go over the house and answer any concerns I had. And they were fast (one day!).
I worked with Luis and Guillermo was the lead painter assigned to our house. We had the entire interior of the home painted. They did an excellent job prepping and painting our house. The big difference was the time they spent up front to make sure all the blemishes and holes were covered and sanded. This ended up making the end product look great. Luis also responded to my messages and communicated well throughout the entire process. They worked diligently and met the timeline put in place from the start. Would highly recommend.
Initially Luis came out as scheduled and did a great job painting the ceiling. After inspection, we noticed that he missed the hallway. We called back and asked them to return to finish the job. It took 4 phone calls to finally get someone to schedule a painter to return. He was scheduled on a Saturday afternoon and never showed up. We then called several times to ask for a refund instead since the job was never completed. We requested an amount that we felt was reasonable with no call back. We then got a check in the mail 5 days later for an amount less than half of what we'd asked for with no explanation. If you can get them to come out to do the work it's great but a huge pain to deal with them overall.
My home needed five rooms of 1973 wallpaper removed, re-texture and paint. CertaPro spent five days in my home to complete the job. They quoted me accurately at the beginning of the job and there were no surprises or extra charges at the end of the job. About a year later I did find some issues where some of the wallpaper glue had caused the paint to peel a bit in some areas as its very difficult to get every piece of wallpaper glue off. I called them up and they returned to fixed the areas without question. So they will stand behind their work. I highly recommend CertaPro! Thank you for making my house normal again!
