Honestly, I will probably never come here again, at least not without a photo on my phone of what the cover should be because that price at the door was a major turn off and totally unreasonable. Again, the guy may have just overcharged me, but still. I've tried contacting the manager today, but apparently the voicemail is full.Also reading some of the other reviews here, there may be some other concerns that I just didn't encounter.
The noise level is LOUD. When we sat in the room across the hall from the main event, we could hear the music in that room competing with the music in the main room resulting in noise. My husband's impression was that it was all noise. He could not wait to leave. Plus the headliner didn't start til 12:30. There was no info posted about other DJs playing. A bit of warning would have helped.
Gosh, this place is amazing. I've had some really incredible times here the past few years. It's got so much history and you can feel in the vibe. Had bottle service here on my 24 in 2016. Was in incredible! LOVE this place ❤️
Outside of that I really liked the atmosphere and the vibe. That had several rooms with different music and totally different vibes themselves as well as a seating area. Overall I enjoyed myself.
One of the coolest nightclubs in the country! The visuals and the sound system are top notch. Lighting up the original stained glass is really awesome. Got some really awesome parties here, This year I saw Pete Tong, Claude Von Stroke, and the desert hearts party and had a blast at each of them!
Last night was my first time going to this club. Going to the club isn't normally my thing but my date is under 21 so it was nice to find a place that caters to a younger crowd. The pricing seemed reasonable on the website but when we actually arrived at the club around 10:30pm they charged me $25, which I thought was for both of us, but they charged $25 per person!! Wasn't much I could do at this point since we took an Uber here and being with someone under 21 our options were limited. Extremely disappointed about this because I'm sure I was overcharged. The fella taking the payments also seemed like unsure of what he was doing.
I've been to a lot of venues across the country, and The Church is one of my favorites! Beautiful architecture adds to the mysterious and alluring ambiance of this place. The sound system is decent, and lighting is amazing. I'll be back!
4 stars because of the venue. I'd love to go again but need to find someone else to go with.
The Church is an incredible venue for a night out. We could literally walk around the DJ and watch him at his craft. The main room is festive and there are 3 other areas that you can hang out in. I counted 6 bars, plus places to sit.
