I used to rent movies from this redbox on occasion, but I found that about half of the time I attempted to return them the kiosk was full, and I had to drive around looking for another one which, to paraphrase RedBox's own slogan, is Inconvenient with a capital I. Also, the DVDs are almost always in need of cleaning before they can be watched. RedBox customer service is completely unapologetic about either of these facts. I'm through renting from RedBox.
