Typical government ran program... slow and unreliable... The wait time here is ridiculous "2-3 hours"
Hope for the best, expect the worst. We had a very smooth day. We arrived at 8:20 am. We waited outside and at 8:45 am they opened the door and let us in. We waited a short time for the elevator, then a short time to sign in at the kiosk. We were called in after waiting 20 minutes. I would like to thank Chris, our customer service agent who made the process very easy. He handled our issue very professionally and we were out the door. I suggest making sure you have all of the required paperwork which makes the process much easier on everyone.Just a side note: We parked across the street with valet parking. It was great too!
Was told by the first rep that I would be called back within 7 days. Of course that didn't happen. Called again, different rep had no record that I called previously .
Went in to get a new card card never came now I'm going to have to redo all of it pretty sure they didn't take my address correctly.
